职位描述：
Job responsibilities: We are currently looking for a paralegal to assist primarily with trademark prosecution and/or enforcement of trademarks and other IP rights for our multinational clients. The main focus of our work is China and Hong Kong, although we also assist some clients on a regional and global basis. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above - Passed the National Judicial Examination - 2-3 years IP experience in enforcement is preferred - Familiar with laws, regulations and procedures related to IP enforcement - Excellent communication skills and high standard of spoken and written English and Mandarin - Confident user of MS Office applications and other standard programs - Well organized, self-motivated and flexible - Keen learner and team player - Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to maintain flexibility when dealing with complex enforcement cases - Quick learner and able to actively cooperate in the team to complete tasks related to IP enforcement
